Unique? 

We offer "functional fitness" programming focused on strength, conditioning, and agility.  Our workouts offer variety and intensity to provide a dynamic training experience that keeps our members engaged and continually progressing.  Three different types of classes ensure that members can tailor their fitness needs using different types of workouts.  See our class descriptions on the Training page.
