"Athletes generally want three things…they want to have fun, get a great workout, and see results over time" and functional fitness programs like NCFIT covers all three. 

WORKOUT OPTIONS FOR all

The NCFIT Performance & Fitness leveling system helps both coaches and athletes create the best possible training experience- whether that means tackling one of the versions ‘as-is’ or creating a unique hybrid based on the specific athlete.

Circuit and interval training

We also offer functional fitness training that is focused on strength, conditioning, agility, core, and balance.  Our Mountain Fit and Quick Fit classes are designed for all skill and experience levels in functional fitness.
