
Classes
NC FIT
Coach-led programming using concepts from CrossFit training programs for strength and conditioning workouts. One-hour classes generally include using weights and cardio equipment. For those without experience in this type of programming, we recommend our Bender Basics program first.
Schedule: M-F 6am, 8:45; 4:30pm (5:15pm on MW); Sat: 9am
MOUNTAIN FIT
This class uses circuit stations with plyometric, strength, core, and balance movements to provide a cardio workout. One-hour classes are designed for those interested in general fitness , sports performance, and injury prevention.
Schedule: Tues/Thursday: 7:15am and 5:45pm; Sat 10:30am
QUICK FIT
This class is a shorter hybrid version NCFit and Mountain Fit focusing predominantly on strength and conditioning. Workouts are a total of 45 minutes, including a 20-25 minute workout with a short warmup and cool down.
Schedule: MWF: Noon
BENDER BASICS
This is our introductory class for those not familiar with functional fitness training like NCFit. We will provide an overview of the basic weightlifting and other movements commonly used in NCFit programming.

Everyone commands their own fitness. Our coaches work with each member at their comfort level.
All of our workouts can and will be modified to work within the limitations for each individual member.

FOCUS ON FORM AND SAFETY
We will guide you through a thorough warm-up and a workout prep with a review of the day's movements to ensure you can complete the workouts safely within the required stimulus.
We purposely keep our group classes small so we can ensure we can give you the coaching and attention you deserve.
